  • “Not So Noisy” Bike Week, February 25-March 2, 2019 – Daytona Beach may be known for the roar of race cars and motorcycles, but this series of “not so noisy” bicycle events promise a unique opportunity for community building. Campus events will be hosted at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona State College and Bethune-Cookman University to promote bicycle safety to faculty, staff and students. The final event of the week is a free Community Bike Ride on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. The 8.5-mile, slow-paced ride will be escorted by the Daytona Beach Police Department. Register for the bike ride at www.BikeWeek.org.
  • Bike Winter Park Group Ride, Thursday, March 7 – The City of Winter Park is hosting their annual bike celebration at 3:30 p.m. with a group bike ride leaving from Central Park on Thursday, March 7. A little number of t-shirts and goodies will be available thanks to REI. After the 5-mile ride, a “healthy” happy hour will be hosted at Park Social. The company that brings the most riders will earn a prize from the event organizers. Register at CityofWinterPark.eventbrite.com.
